I believe that successful change starts with getting to know you as a whole person. Your strengths, experiences, relationships and values all inform the therapeutic journey we will take together. For that reason, I use an eclectic approach tailored to your mental wellness goals. The modalities I use include compassion focused therapy, internal family systems therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, emotion focused therapy, strengths based, and feminist therapy.
